Account Deletion Instructions
You can permanently request account deletion directly from the InvoiceRate app.
Delete account in the app
- Sign in to InvoiceRate.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
The deletion action is authenticated and executed server-side through the secure account endpoint.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@invoicerate.com from your account email with subject: Account Deletion Request.
Include your registered email address and any detail that helps us verify ownership.
What gets removed
- Your account is marked deleted and personal identifiers are anonymized.
- Associated invoices/clients are soft-deleted and account-related records are cleaned up.
- Active sessions/tokens are invalidated.
Policy details may be subject to legal retention obligations where applicable.
