• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

2. Product Usage

• InvoiceRate provides invoicing, client management, and related business tooling.
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Some features may require active subscription status.

3. Billing and Subscription

• Paid subscriptions are billed through relevant app stores where applicable.
• Plan access continues through the end of the active billing period after cancellation.
• Pricing and plan terms may change with notice.

4. Data and Liability

• You retain ownership of your business data and uploaded materials.
• We operate safeguards for reliability, but no service can guarantee zero interruption.
• To the extent allowed by law, InvoiceRate is provided without implied warranties.
